In his decade of experience at two of the largest global consulting firms, he has worked with CEOs, CFOs, and CHROs on operating model and organizational assessments, organizational redesigns, shared services transitions, and digital transformations. In total, Reid has helped executives identify over $350M in cost savings and over $600M of revenue uplift.

Reid started RMQ Consulting to provide value-driven solutions to large and midsized companies across industries who are considering, or are currently navigating, complex transformations, including:

Reid holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
